Both my son and I felt very comfortable with Sylvie and the Sunnyside environment. My son didn't call it school, he called it, "Sylvie's house" because that's what it really is! I liked how younger children were exposed to the actions of slightly older kids, eagerly drinking in what the older ones were doing. I know that much of the day was spent learning new things because my son would surprise me with new tidbits of information and words each day.
